A magical atmosphere
This October, get ready to lace up, light up and link up with your loved ones for the MS Moonlight Walk at the Roma Street Parkland, Brisbane on Saturday 18 October. Choose from 2.5km, 5km or 7.5km walk options (all fully accessible) and wind your way through the lush gardens with lanterns held high. Together, let’s create a magical atmosphere filled with connection, hope and purpose.
One magical lap
The 2.5km course is a single lap through the beautifully lit Roma Street Parkland. Soak in the atmosphere as you follow the glowing lanterns, fairy lights and live entertainment along the way. Every step helps light the way forward for people living with MS and neurological conditions.
The classic Moonlight experience
Two laps of sparkle, connection, and purpose. The 5km option offers the full Moonlight Walk experience at a comfortable pace. Ideal for groups, friends, and anyone who wants to enjoy a magical evening under the stars to support an incredible cause.
Glow the distance!
Ready to take on a challenge? The 7.5km route takes you on three luminous laps through the heart of Roma Street Parkland. This distance combines scenic beauty with the satisfaction of going the extra mile—for yourself and the MS and neuro community.

“The MS Moonlight Walk is something very special.”
At the age of 7, Aimee Segal became a Swimathon fundraiser for Multiple Sclerosis (MS), never imagining that the fight would one day become her own. In 2020, aged 15, she was diagnosed with MS after waking with stroke-like symptoms on Christmas Eve.
Aimee has continued to be a fundraising hero for MS, despite her own ongoing health challenges, and is now limbering up for her third MS Moonlight Walk.
“It’s hard to describe the feeling of community and of being united in one purpose; it’s all about positivity and connection. We sing, we dance, we dress up and we have so much fun. It’s a really great night for a really great cause!”
