I am raising funds to support research and treatment of Australians like my Mum living with a neurological condition.

I am taking part in the 2026 MS Moonlight Walk to shine a light on the 1.3 million Queenslanders living with a neurological condition like multiple sclerosis (MS), dementia, Parkinson's and epilepsy. 4 years ago my Mum was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis, she has since participated in numerous studies, and receives support from NDIS to manage and improve her symptoms. Your donation would assist fund research and the vital services that improve her life, and the millions of others with neurological conditions like her.

Did you know:

• 1 in 4 Queenslanders are living with a neuro condition

• Neurological conditions are a group of disorders that affect the brain, spinal cord and/or nerves, and impact the way your mind and body work.   

• Just 6% of Queenslanders living with neurological conditions are receiving vital support via the NDIS.   

Your support will help fund essential services for Queenslanders. These services include the NeuroAssist Helpline, specialist nursing services, more Neuro Wellness Hubs and support to access vital funds through the NDIS. Your support will also power research into better treatments, and with your support, our hope is that one day there will be a cure for MS.
